Pageant Media Limited is an independent business information company that was formed in 1998 and has grown to become a leading information provider within its core financial services markets. We provide high-value, specialist business information to the, hedge funds, real estate, insurance and online gaming industries. We deliver key information to defined target audiences through  news , data , events and community websites. Our London Headquarters employs over 150 staff in a modern office in the City. We also have offices in New York and Hong Kong employing a further 80 staff.

Technical support and administration of websites and business applications


Managing the Support Desk

  • Providing 1st line support where necessary
  • Checking support tickets are being assigned and allocated correctly
  • Reporting progress, status and analysis back to the business
  • Liaising with the dev team when tickets require development resource


Operations Support

  • Managing Domain purchases and renewals
  • Managing critical shared mailboxes
  • Ensuring business critical subscriptions are maintained and active as required


Application Support

  • Helping editors with day to day work on Wordpress
  • Helping the marketing team with day to day work on Pardot
  • Helping the events team with Webinars



  • Should be detail orientated, and highly organised with project management skills.
  • An excellent communicator, good team player, who possesses strong analytical skills.
  • Self-starter, professional, first class interpersonal skills with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Should be professional and respectful of others and honest.
  • Able to work well in a fast, high pressure and changing environment with excellent decision making skills. Proven ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player – must be able to support business at all levels and work well with other departments.
  • Must be end user and customer focused with humble attitude and willingness to help.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast moving environment, dealing with staff at all levels in the organisation through to senior company executives. Well able to solve problems creatively, as clients expect from us.
