Description
  • Supporting the sales team with admin assistance
  • Customer service queries
  • Responding to customers to confirm complaints have been received
  • Updating customers as to how their complaints are being handled
  • First line support with online issues
  • Generating and chasing up IT tickets
  • Setting up online accounts for new business prospects
  • Confirming that trials have been activated and set up
  • Identifying and reporting on current zero usage subscribers
  • Allocating sales leads
  • Reception cover when required

Requirements
  • Should be detail orientated, and highly organised with project management skills.
  • An excellent communicator & good team player.
  • Should be professional and respectful of others and honest.
  • Able to work well in a fast, high pressure and changing environment with excellent decision making skills. Proven ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player – must be able to support business at all levels and work well with other departments.
  • Should possess a problem solving attitude for tackling a diverse range of challenges and responsive to the needs of the business.
  • Experience of working with Salesforce desirable
