Working from a Database of Warm leads -outbound calling to B2B clients
Identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships
Drive external client facing activity by securing meetings with new and existing contacts
Develop strong understanding of the competition, industry and marketing goals
Share knowledge, insight and best practice with colleagues
Building rapport over the telephone with customers and organising a sale of subscriptions
Organising Face to Face meetings to demonstrate the new Data product
Managing Admin to ensure follow up calls and complete sales process
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work towards a range of pre discussed targets with your line manager including calls, sales and conversions
Confident Telephone manner
Passion and Enthusiasm
Experience of working in a target driven environment
Good Organisational Skills
Managing client relationships
Ability to manage sales process
Consultative sales style
Understanding of the Real Estate investment market desirable
